The Terrace project, developed by HDP, is located in a privileged location in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, on the axis between the Nile University 

It is surrounded by all medical, educational, recreational and commercial services, the most important of which are Al-Safwa Hospital, Nile University, Mall of Arabia and Arkan, and in front of it is the monorail line.
